The main package is a 12-week course, meeting weekly for 1 hour sessions. We can work to customize this program to fit your schedule and needs.

Can I create my own group for a workshop?

Yes, I encourage people to invite friends, family, or community members to participate in the workshops.  Workshops can be catered toward group interests and goals. Parenting workshops typically last 2-3 hours and are designed to be interactive and engaging for participants.

What does it mean to "hold space" for someone?

"Holding space" for someone means offering them a safe, non-judgmental environment to express their emotions and experiences without feeling rushed, judged, or pressured to fix their issues. It involves being present, listening attentively, and validating their feelings without taking on their emotions or offering unsolicited advice.
